1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bedpro", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the bedpro.bet platform, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the bedpro website accessible at bedpro.bet, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, account management tools, and payment facilities provided therein.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the bedpro Platform or accesses any service provided by bedpro.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the bedpro Platform.
• "Funds" means any amount of Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other accepted currency deposited into or credited to a Player's bedpro Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by bedpro to Players, subject to specific Bonus Terms.
• "Bonus Terms" means the specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and other conditions attached to any Bonus offer.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by bedpro before processing withdrawal requests or as otherwise required by bedpro's compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the bedpro Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or bedpro's licensing conditions.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities available to Players within their bedpro Account settings.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account on the bedpro Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. bedpro operates strictly as an adult gaming platform. Registration by or for any person under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the bedpro Platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not be an employee, officer, director, or close family member of a bedpro employee or partner, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
5. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
6. You must hold only one (1) active Account on the bedpro Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. bedpro reserves the right to identify and close duplicate accounts, and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
7. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are met and will continue to be met throughout the duration of your Account's existence. bedpro reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and integrity of your bedpro Account. This includes the following obligations:

• You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. bedpro support staff will never ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances.
• You must ensure that no third party accesses your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to be your own activity, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
• You must notify bedpro immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bedpro will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account that occurs through no fault of bedpro.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your Pakistani mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times. Outdated contact details can result in inability to receive KYC verification communications or password reset messages.
• You must not sell, transfer, or assign your bedpro Account to any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to your use of the bedpro Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bedpro Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bedpro supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrency wallets.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed within your bedpro Account dashboard at the time of transaction. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification is complete. Funds subject to active wagering requirements from a Bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• Withdrawal Processing: bedpro processes withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours following approval. The time taken for funds to reach your JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account thereafter depends on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. bedpro reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account settings. These limits may be adjusted subject to your Account's verification status and transaction history.
• Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated a dormant account. bedpro reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, subject to advance notice being provided to the Player's registered contact details.

bedpro does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and consistent with your KYC documentation. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bedpro offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers. All Bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific Bonus Terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or systematically extract value from Bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or arbitrage strategies — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the Bonus Terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the offer period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rates for each game type are detailed in the applicable Bonus Terms.
• bedpro reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes to Bonus Terms will not affect Bonuses already accepted and in progress, except where required by law or regulatory obligation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Circumventing this restriction through the creation of multiple accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Only winnings that exceed the original Bonus amount, and that satisfy applicable wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The bedpro Platform offers sports betting (including cricket, PSL fixtures, international matches, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, and fishing arcade games. The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. bedpro does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed by the system, except in circumstances where bedpro determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations — including typographical errors, technical malfunctions, or data feed failures — bedpro reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and refund the original stake. bedpro's determination of a manifest error is final.
• All casino games on the bedpro Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The outcomes of all games are determined by this certified software and are not influenced by bedpro or any third party.
• Betting on sporting events is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the bedpro Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, bedpro's interpretation of the applicable sporting rules shall be final.
• bedpro reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or delay settlement where there is a reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Such decisions may be referred to relevant sporting authorities.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual bets and game sessions. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change. Winnings that exceed maximum limits will be paid only up to the applicable maximum.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed by bedpro at any time during an event, including due to technical reasons or market risk management. Bets already accepted prior to suspension remain valid.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bedpro Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings or bonuses voided:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account for the purpose of circumventing bedpro's account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players, or with employees or representatives of bedpro, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any Player who identifies a bug or vulnerability is obligated to report it to bedpro support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity through the bedpro Platform. bedpro is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under its international licensing obligations.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, or where access to the bedpro Platform violates applicable local regulations.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at bedpro staff or other Players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bedpro Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips, and software — is the property of bedpro or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bedpro Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from the bedpro Platform for commercial purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by the bedpro Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from any bedpro content.
• Use the bedpro brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from bedpro.

Any unauthorised use of bedpro's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

9. Privacy & Data

bedpro collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bedpro collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and security.
• KYC identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other supported payment methods.
• Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under bedpro's international gaming license.

10. Responsible Gaming

bedpro is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity. If gambling stops being fun, or begins to negatively impact your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, bedpro encourages you to make use of the Responsible Gaming Tools available within your Account settings.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session Timers: You may enable session time reminders that notify you of the duration of your active gaming session at intervals you specify.
• Cool-Off Period: You may request a temporary cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or any custom period up to 6 months. During a cool-off period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the bedpro Platform. A self-exclusion request is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. During self-exclusion, bedpro will take all reasonable steps to ensure you cannot access your Account, and you will be removed from all promotional communications.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bedpro's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming or betting activity shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bedpro shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from the Player's own breach of these Terms.
• Losses arising from technical failures outside bedpro's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with KYC requirements or applicable laws in the Player's jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bedpro's liability for death or personal injury caused by bedpro's proven negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Suspension & Termination

bedpro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its reasonable discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Regulatory obligation or instruction from a relevant licensing authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, bedpro reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable AML compliance requirements.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting bedpro support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bedpro's international gaming license jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of the Player's local jurisdiction, the Player's local statutory rights shall not be overridden to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

In the event of a dispute arising from a bet, game outcome, Account decision, or any other matter relating to the bedpro Platform, the following dispute resolution procedure applies:

1. First Contact: Contact bedpro customer support via live chat (available 9 AM – 1 AM PKT) or by email at [email protected]. Provide full details of the dispute, including the relevant Account ID, date, amount, and nature of the complaint.
2. Formal Review: If the matter is not resolved through initial support contact, you may escalate the dispute to bedpro's formal complaints process. bedpro will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a reasoned response within 14 business days.
3. Licensing Authority: If you remain dissatisfied following bedpro's formal response, you may refer the matter to the relevant authority under bedpro's international gaming license. Details of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution process are available from bedpro support upon request.

Both parties agree to use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

14. Amendments

bedpro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bedpro will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the registered email address associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the bedpro Platform.

Your continued use of the bedpro Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.
